Frequently Asked Questions

• After the shoot, we will deliver all carefully selected data within 2 to 4 days

• Please choose the photos you wish to have retouched within 10 days

• Retouched photos will be delivered within 3 weeks

• Photo data will be stored for one month, so please download them promptly.

The price list applies only to photoshoots within Tokyo’s 23 wards.
For shoots outside this area, clients are responsible for the photographer’s round-trip transportation costs.
Any additional fees required for the photographer’s admission or other expenses will be borne by the client.
The package price includes photography fees only.
Additional charges apply for kimono rental, hair and makeup services, vehicle services, and other optional extras.

We offer one free reschedule in case of force majeure such as bad weather.
If the client is late, the corresponding time will be deducted from the shooting duration, so please be sure to arrive with enough time on the day of the shoot.
(We will be flexible regarding situations caused by force majeure, so please rest assured.)

After your reservation is confirmed, a 50% deposit of the shooting fee is required.
If you cancel at least 7 days before the shooting date, a full refund will be issued.

*For Mount Fuji Photoshoot Plan B, a full refund will be provided if canceled at least 20 days before the shooting date.

If you have many favorite photos that require additional retouching, we offer extra edits at 1,000 yen per photo.
